Hello Readers!
This morning I had nothing to do so I decided to do one of the challenges. I chose to do the longest plank challenge.  A plank is a exercise that helps you with your core. When you are doing it, you should feel something in your tummy. That is how it helps you with your core. Anyways, scroll down to watch my video.
Hope you liked it!

  2. Hi Polly,
Thanks for explaining what a plank is, and then showing us what a plank is.
You're absolutely right, a plank does tighten your core muscles, but it also strengthens your back. Side planks are quite hard too. Another one to try is when you are in plank position is to shift a tin can from one side of your torso to the other..I think when we get back to school we should have a plank challenge, what do you think?
    Great effort!

  3. Hi Polly, what a great effort, well done! It was also good to have the explanation of what you were doing. I didn't know you were a ballerina. How long have you been going to ballet lessons? I hope you are having some fun in Lockdown. Take care and we will 'hopefully' see you soon. Michelle

    1. Hi Michelle!
Thank you for the comment. Yes, I have went to ballet lessons. I have been doing it for 5 years now, I think. It has been quite hard doing lessons on zoom, but I hope I will be back in the studio next week.

  4. How long have you been doing Ballet? I did ballet once a long long time ago and still remember some of the real basics. Certainly worked in your favor doing a strong plank.
